We currently provide delivery to:
- Varkala and surrounding local areas
- Selected pin codes within Kerala (based on courier availability)
If your location is outside our service area, we will inform you before order confirmation.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Local Delivery (Varkala): 1–2 days
- Within Kerala: 3–7 working days
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Tracking & Updates
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive updates via WhatsApp, SMS, or phone.
- Tracking numbers will be provided when available through the courier partner.
6. Delivery Attempts
- If the courier is unable to reach you, they may attempt delivery again.
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unreachable contact, you may need to pay additional charges for re-delivery.
7. In-Store Pickup
You may also choose store pickup at no additional cost.
After placing your order, we will notify you when your items are ready for collection.
8. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Please check the parcel before accepting it.
- If damaged, take photos/videos and contact us immediately.
- We will assist you based on our return and refund policies.
