Return & Refund Policy

At Dizney Baby Shop Varkala, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled when you shop with us.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Note:
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Baby feeding items (bottles, nipples, sippers, etc.)
  • Personal care products
  • Undergarments
  • Breastfeeding accessories
  • Products marked as "Non-returnable"

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that show signs of use or damage due to customer handling
  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories
  • Products purchased during special sales (unless damaged/defective)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or in-store visit.
  2. Provide order number, reason for return, and photos (if the item is damaged or defective).
  3. Our team will verify the issue and guide you through the return process.

Once approved, you can:

  • Return the product to our store, or
  • Arrange pickup where available (charges may apply)

4. Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or store credit.
  • Refunds may take 3–7 working days to process.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong/defective product).

5. Exchange Policy

You may exchange your item for:

  • A different size or variant (if available)
  • A different product by paying any price difference

Exchanges depend on stock availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos/videos of the product and package.

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
